this is driving me insane!!
it's fat free or almost fat free (.2%) and it has 110 calories in 7 oz (200 grams) and a bar of Bounty has 130 calories.
lol, I know this is a little stupid, but does anyone else think it's insane?!

& I also know there are more calories in chocolate but like it's almost the same!

You have to look at where the calories are coming from. In the chocolate bar, they are most likely coming from fat. 1 gram of fat equals 9 calories. In the fat free yogurt, the calories are most likely coming from carbs/protein. Both of those have only 4 calories per gram. So, with the yogurt you are getting more substance. Not to mention some fiber and calcium. However, I would consider a better nonfat yogurt that also is sweetened with sucralose (splenda). And then you'll only have about 60 calories per container.

that was way too much. Gold has been going up steady for a while now it could be a long time before it hits these levels again. I do hope I'm wrong but in the long run 30+ years it should be worth more than you paid.

well from my understanding is that having a gold bar is illegal to own in the US so i recommend not selling it or maybe chip away and make a circle or other shape. i think it has to do with the gold bars in fort knox (although i doubt it in these current years there are any gold in that fort)

I have following questions about buying gold. Please clarify my doubts.

1. Is 10 oz Pamp Susse gold bar reliable? In other words, how good Pamp Susse gold bar is?

If you just want to invest in the price of gold then use the stock symbol GLD. It is a gold ETF that takes care of liquidity issues and storage and high bid to ask spread of your local coin dealer.

I would not be buying gold at this point, but that's just my 2 cents.

Now days almost all the 24k gold bullion bars you find for sale come in a package, like a card they are sealed into from the refinery, I am speaking of smaller bars from 1 gram to like 1 ounce bars some others too. I am curious, if I bought 50 gold bullion 1 gram pieces would they lose value if I took them out of there package or be harder to resale in the future or prove there purity?

Any bullion bars from Pamp Suisse are solid investments and legit. I usually trade pamp suisse 1 oz. palladium bars. But, I've been thinking of using pamp suisse bars because they tend to have a low premium over the spot price. Plus they are packaged nicely to protect them with weight and serial number. I appreciate that.
